I want detailed project report for establishing a small hydro electric generator model for displaying the model at school level competition for my sixth standard, school going daughter.

This site is to answer specific questions.

And I don't see why you need a detailed project report, which usually includes schedule, bills of materials, quality assessment, test procedures, manufacturing methods, machinery requirements, man-hour requirements, environment impacts, and a lot more.

So tell us what you actually want?

Yes here is an example of a homemade hydro power system that was built in Guatemala -it uses a 5 gallon paint bucket, some pvc pipe and a turbine made from 45 degree PVC elbows...pretty ingenious if you ask me.  The power it generates is used to charge cell phones in poor countries.
