Genaro Fessia replaces injured Alvaro Galindo in Argentina’s final 30-man 2011 Rugby World Cup squad

The governing body of the Rugby Union in Argentina, Unión Argentina de Rugby, has announced a change in their final 30 –man squad for the Los Pumas' 2011 Rugby World Cup (RWC) campaign. Union
officials have confirmed the inclusion of the London Wasps bound back row forward, Genaro Fessia, in their final line-up in a statement released on their website on Monday, August 29.
Genaro Fessia is named as the replacement for the injured Alvaro Galindo. According to the report, Galindo pulled a thigh muscle during a Friday, August 26, encounter between the French Top
14 outfits, Racing Metro and Montpellier.
The 29-year-old Alvaro Galindo plays his professional Rugby for Racing Metro 92. The back row forward made his international debut for Argentina against Uruguay in 2004. He has made 11 international
