Given the increasing number of women officeholders and the concern politicians are expressing related to a gender gap in politics, how do you think public policy will be altered to account for these realities over the next decade?

  1. public policy must go back to the grassroots.  back to school - education - to tell the boys and girls that they r equal and yet different. each one will complement each other to make a better world.  

    the world is still male dominated.  the number of women in governance is still so few!  rice / thatcher are women  in men's clothing.  its women who display their strong feminist qualities that shld come forward and redress the imbalance. its a long way to go but we must start


  2. I think its already been altered, look at the amount of votes Ms.Clinton got, she dominated the last part of the primary, she had to be getting just as many men vote as she was women vote. If not for some mistakes at the beginning she would have won the whole thing. People look at the economy and national security today, those are the two main things, most men believe she could have handled both because of her experience. And that will be the key in women coming on in the years ahead. If they have the experience, they will have just as good a chance as anybody at being president. It seems very clear to me.
