Gender and Job satisfaction?

Question

Does anybody know of any researchers/books that have researched job satisfaction with regards to gender i.e. results showing one gender more likely to be dissatisfied in a job.

Or just any good books on job satisfaction as a whole?

I know this is vague but any name or books that you think falls under the above will be appreciated. I'll work the rest out for myself :-P

I put the words....gender related job satisfaction.... into the search bar and it came up with so many hits, many of them look interesting, that there is no point in my going through them as I can not tell which you will find most valuable..So..why not do the same?
