The question i must answer at a high school level (year 12) is:

" Use available evidence to analyse the links between gene expression and maintenance and repair of body tissue"

More importantly, i'm stuck on "available evidence" and the "analysis"

  1. Here is a head start; it's too early in the morning to do the work for you.

Genes are expressed when DNA is translated into RNA which is then transcribed into proteins. The functioning of the proteins is the expression of the genes. [Use your text to describe this process and call it the "evidence."]

Because most body tissue is made of proteins, [the easiest example would be skeletal  muscle, but you could also use organ tissues] it would seem that the RNAs would need to be active in maintaining and repairing those tissues. [This would be your "analysis."]
