Genealogical search: Ben F Wallace born about 1886?

Question

I've been doing genealogical research on my family. I've hit a roadblock. I can't seem to find the parents of Ben F. Wallace. He was born around 1886/87. He was born in Missouri. His wife name is Mary R Wallace. They had five children from as far as I have gone with the census records. Lily L Wallace Birth: abt 1919, Mable T Wallace Birth: abt 1916, Elnora Wallace Birth: abt 1918, Leroy Wallace Birth: 31 Oct 1921, and Ben. There is a chance his full name is Benjamin (benjamen) Franklin Wallace. Thanks for any help.

Your best bet is to get his social security application. I looked at the master SSN database and got his SSN.

Ben's WW I application states he was born in Platte City, MO 10/22/1887.

He states he has 2 children and a wife and is 29 years old and he's living in Linwood, KS.

He's tall, blue eyes and brown hair.
