i'm looking for the link between Rowland Hill born New Brompton, Kent ABT 1879 and Maria Letchford or Litchford born Dartford, Kent ABT 1868

please help

I have had a look on the 1881 census and on the actual image it gives Rowland Hill as nurse child. This meant that Rowland was being looked after by another family for payment
