Cant find Philip Delaps parents and Ellen Collins parents Philip born (1829 about.) 2 children Mary Magdlene, Nellie births 1854 1855. Ellen was born in Cork Ire. Nellie died 1870. Family immigrated to onterio Canada 1872 about...Mary Married Joseph Brouillett, settled in chicago.

I can't find them either.  If you can get a hold of the death records for them, you may be able to get the parents that way.  Many death records have the names of the Parents and the birth place of the parents.  I found a James Delaps born in 1829 in clonmell and Philip Delaps born in 1831 also in clonmell.  If they were brothers, it's possible that their father's name could have been James or Philip.  I'd try to get ahold of the death records or try contacting some old churches in clonmell, which might have birth records.  Good luck!
