Gulfstream said Thursday that the G650 is capable of traveling up to 7,000 nautical miles at 0.85 mach, while its previous model, the G550, could travel just 6,750 nautical miles at the same speed. But with a top speed of 0.925 mach, the G650 is also set to become the fastest civil aircraft flying.
