General and Clinical Psychology?

Question

If I get a MA in General Psychology can I get a PhD in Clinical Psych? Do I have to major in Clinical Psych to get a PhD in Clinical Psych? How does it work? Can I still do testing if I get a MA in General and not Clinical?
