Generally speaking, how long before the Nov. 4th Presidential election will it be clear that Obama is toast?

It's pretty clear right now if you ask me. Obama is the first candidate ever to lose ground during the convention.

Not long. Hillary will unite the party by backing obama at the convention. Then "somehow" the birth certificate thing will pop up and she will get the nomination weeks after the nomination.

You are exactly right, in the past democratic canidates have been up by 15 points in the summer (Historically).  MCCAIN is already ahead in the polls, if Obama was white he would not be in the position he is in right now.  The Dems shouldve taken Hillary she wouldve lost but has a better chance than some african american "community organizer" with ties to terrorists and extremists, with no experience.

You are definitely dreaming.  Have you followed the past few presidential elections at all?  This race is likely to be quite close.
