Women aren't people they're humans so are men! Human's aren't superior to eachother, equal in all respects. Human's (men and women) complete each other. Though women have strong tolerance for emotions,physical and mental pain. so they're a bit better than men i guess!

Women are "biologically superior" because we can sustain human life - carry fetus and nurse to beyond infancy for survival.  However, men are naturally logically thinkers, not affected by emotions or feelings as much as women, and therefore better providers, and better at sustaining the environment needed to sustain life.  It is 50/50 - neither one "better" just different and both absolutely essential to human evolution.

Better at what, and according to whom?  Men and women are certainly different, but the degree of difference isn't that great (we are still the same species).  Men tend to have relatively more muscle, and women tend to have relatively more fat.  Men can pick up heavier things, women are much better at having babies.  I would need more information to be able to answer your question.
