Generator Operation Costs??

Question

Could someone please break-down some info for me??

If i were to run a 3K or 5K watt generator, 24/7, how much would it cost in gas per day and week?

assume running it at whatever the norm is (high? or w/e)

can anybody give me a good breakdown of how much it would be?

assume the price of gas @ $4/ gallon

At full load count on burning 2 gals per hour, you do the math.

3k around 40.00 for 24 hours. 5k around 60.00 for 24 hours.
