Genesis Cougar in form for adding the London Road Stayers as a success on the record
The most accomplished entry for the London Road Stayers is the five-year-old brindle dog, Genesis Cougar. Five others will accompany him on the 575 metres flat at Romford on 20th July. The rest on the line-up includes Risky Rosaleen, Magna Fiddler, Rockburst Lenny, Oneco Fantasy and Swabys Olly. The first success of the season for him was in the Grade S1 575 metres flat on 28th January at Romford. He took off from the first gate and then started racing towards the rails, got obscured when racing third. He settled the race in 35.88 seconds.
Missing the race by 2 ½ lengths and then timing the track distance in 36.08 seconds was, Bowtime Rihanna.
On 9th June, 2012, the D. Mullins trained won the Grade S1 575 metres flat at Romford. He raced quickly away after leashing from the fourth gate and then raced towards the rails. Switching to the middle and then leading for the remaining distance, he covered the track distance in 35.84 seconds.
Settling as the runner-up of the race after racing for 36.02 seconds was, Rocket Dog.
The last two races of the five-year-old out of b***h, Selsey Girl, were wins.
Genesis Cougar won the Grade S1 575 metres flat race on 7th July, 2012 at Romford. After starting off slowly, the five-year-old only got the chance to lead near the wire. He clocked the track distance in 36.17 seconds.
14th July, 2012 got the brindle hound the Grade S1 575 metres flat race at Romford. He reserved the energy for the end and burst into speed only near the finish line taking 36.53 seconds to conclude the race.
His recent form has been pretty consistent and its retention will get him the race tonight.
