What do you think of it? I don't think it should be allowed. If you have any articles or websites about it that would be wonderful too!

  1. NO,,,,, IT SHOULD NOT

    EITHER IN HUMANS

The only way I think it( Might )be good is to help exciton of  animals

But No,,,,,, do NOT MESS WITH MOTHER NATURE !!!!

  2. What about if it makes the bones in the horses stronger. I think if it helps improve the safety of the horses maybe they should consider Genetic Engineering if its possible although I would assume it's still on the science fiction side. Even messing with the Horses DNA is still farfetched at least from what I know. But definitely we need to have scientists try and determine how to strengthen the bones of Thoroughbreds

  3. the one person is right.  it is not allowed with thoroughbreds.

  4. Not only is it unfair, but it's not an option. According to the rules, all registered and competing thoroughbreds must be produced by natural means, which means nothing all the way from artificial insemination to cloning and engineering. As for off the track, well, given that cloning is not perfect, I'd rather have a healthy natural horse than a potentially unstable clone.

  5. They've cloned some racing mules at the University of Idaho.
