  1. 1. hereidity is what is passed down, or more common in a specific race or s*x. genetics is the study of resemblances and differences in related organisms and the mechanisms which explain these phenomena.. but the two go hand in hand

    2. phenotype is what you see genotype is what you actually have in your dna.  example.. genotype might be ABBD which may result in you having red hair which is your phenotype.

    3. you have DNA. in that DNA you have 23 chromosomes.. and on a chromosome you have a specific allele or also known as gene.

    4.  hybird organism is offspring of genetically unlike parents.... look at mendals pea plant experiment to really understand.

    5. homo- alike (alleles)  heter- different (alleles)

    6. A and B are Co-Dominant, O is recessive...

    7. People with Down Syndrome have a extra 21 chromosome... instead of inhereting one from each parent, they somehow have 3..
