Hi,
I am thinking about pursuing my MA in International Relations in Europe. I came across the Geneva School of International Relations and Diplomacy, and I became interested in this school. I was wondering if anyone has any idea what type of a school this is?
Is it considered prestigious? I looked at the website, and it seems like it's a small school with about 20 faculty members. I can't seem to figure out if it has a good standing reputation or not, although a year long Masters costs about $29,000, so I would assume that it's not a run down place based on how much they charge you. One reason why I thought that it might not be so prestigious is that they offer a PhD in 2 year period. It sounds great, but I don't understand why that specific school has only a 2 year long PhD program, while in our US graduate schools it takes 5 years for you to get your PhD.
If anyone has any experience with this school, or heard anything please let me know.
