Genisis g 6030 SCAM!!!?

in the parking lot of wal-mart in addison, tx a young man with dark hair in an older black denali suv just pulled this scam on me!! dont know what to do........guess im just stuck I havent opened it or even touched the box just looked it up and read all the bad reviews! should i take it to the police???
