Genitals hitting legs and hurting while playing soccer, what can I use to stop this?

While I'm playing soccer, my genital parts are hitting the sides of my legs, hurting. Also it gets in my way, so I have to move them while I'm running which slows me down and isn't comfortable, and messes up things from my team. I'm 14 years old, so I'm still going through puberty. I noticed this hurting from a week to two weeks ago. Is there anything I can wear or anything to do to stop this? Thanks

  1. get some better underwear that holds everything securely in place, it doesnt have to be tight just need a clear cut of between your testicles and legs. you can buy under layers which may help look up nike pro or under armour

  3. A cup or jock strap?

  4. Wear appropriate underwear - tighty whitey briefs, or even better a jockstrap.  That is exactly what they are made for.  Once your genitals start to grow, you don't want them flopping all around.

    The added benefits of more supportive undergarments are less of a chance of your johnson being exposed and no wedgies.

  5. A jock strap, a cup, or compression shorts. I favor the compression shorts because they are extremely comfortable.

  9. Well, you can wear a pair of speedos under those shorts.

  10. Just get a cup Tony and get the Xtra large since you claim to be well endowed. They are cheap so maybe get two and then keep one in the wash because they get dirty and you don't want to go back to where you were.

  11. it depends.. if you wear boxers, i recommend you switch to briefs... it'll protect you better...
