Who is the more talented actor and why?

i think geoffrey rush has accepted better roles that possibly didn't pay as much as james woods. with rush, you see an actor who wants to play every character he can, and has. and every time, he not only comes up with a different, three dimensional persona, but pulls it off like nobody's business...i think he's super groovey and under appreciated. but then again, james woods is in family guy....

Geoffry Rush, I believe, has at least shown more of an ability to take on character roles.  James Woods, I enjoy what he does, but many of his characters are very similar.  They walk and talk the same, but Geoffry Rush shows a wide variety of abilities to portray a wide variety of people.
