Geographical places in Mexico?

Question

ok, im doing a big project and im suppose to find geographical places in Mexico. (e.g. any type of mountains, lakes etc. where tourist usually visit) Please do help me as i dont really know much about Mexico. (im from Asia)

Of course, one of the best known tourist attractions in Mexico is Cancun with its wonderful beaches, but if you are looking for mountains, you might want to try the Copper Canyon in Chihuahua (northern Mexico).   http://www.coppercanyon.com.mx/

We always visit the Bay of Banderas, south of Vallarta

- lake of Valle de Bravo located in the Estado de México  estate

- Agua Azul water falls, and Sumidero canyon, located in Chiapas estate

- Cerro de la Silla hill, located in Nuevo León, estate

Totally agree with previous guy for Monterrey.  If he knows Monterrey than reliable source.

Look for in google earth.

North: Monterrey (Grutas de García, Cola de Caballo, Cerro de la Silla).  Chihuahua: Barranca del Cobre. Creel.

Collonial places: Guanajuato, San Miguel de Allende, Dolores Hidalgo, Querétaro. Puebla (oh.... Puebla).

Paradise in earth: Cuernavaca. Huasteca Potosina. Chiapas.

Most mexican city: Guadalajara. Tlaquepaque.

Native culture: Oaxaca.

History. Mexico city, Veracruz.

In Mexico City: all. simply all. Castillo de Chapultepec, Reforma, Zócalo, Catedral.

Beaches: Cancún, Playa del Carmen, Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta. Acapulco.

Take a look of this places at google earth. But not only the map, take a look on the posted pictures. You will enlove to México.
