  1. Consider the wording of the question. What is commercial farming? Why is it linked with developed countries? What is subsistence farming? Why is it linked with developing countries?

Growing seasons and climates are characteristic of particular regions. It is possible that a developed country could have the same climate and growing season as a less developed country.

Do developed countries have more farmers than developing countries? What is it that developed countries have that gives them an advantage in agriculture?

Telling you the answer may be your preference but it does not assist you in learning how to think. Learn how to think -- you'll be glad you did.

  2. D.

"Developed countries" means countries with better technological know-how.  The development of a country doesn't affect climate (b) or seasons (a). As far as (d) goes, more farmers doesnt necessarily make for more succesful farming.

  3. D.
