  1. You probably have to look up #1 on line but if you don't know that #2 is a penguin, you have your head in the sand.

    Shortest Flight Duration * 10 hours 40 mins * Via Stockholm Arlanda Apt, Stockholm (ARN)

    2) There are only Penguins, Lichen, Mosses, Fur Seals and types of algae in Antarctica.

  3. Remember that the earth is round, and that a round earth cannot be printed correctly on a flat map. So you need to look at a globe.

    The best way might be to open a 3D globe viewer like Google Earth, or you can use an actual globe. Navigate the globe so that Chicago is on the extreme left and Helsinki is on the extreme right. In your mind, imagine a straight line from one city to the other. See where the line goes, and that is the shortest line between the two cities.

    As for black and white birds in Antarctica, you can find this on the Web (see source link below).
