Geography homework: help?

i no the basics on geo lyk the 58 states and everything, but duz anyone no what state is south of texas? none of the mapz ive found go that far. Plz helllllllp me!

There's 50 states in the United States and there is no states south of Texas, the country Mexico is below Texas.

Let me guess:  you need help because you are failing geography?  What grade are you in?  You need to learn the basics again!

since when has there been 58 states...?

texas is one of the most southern states in the us

but 2 others i can think of that would work are Florida and Hawaii
