What exactly is the optimum amount of number of people to live on a piece of 1.0m2 land? I have a case of which an average of 4.5 people living on 1.0m2 of land. Is that serious?

  2. Do you really mean one square meter?? That is not anything more than elbow room. No human society could live at such densities, quite aside from the much larger "ecological footprint" of each person's needs (that is, the area required to grow the food, yield the water and other necessities of life).

    The highest density of human population in any real country (I am not thinking of city states like Macau or Monaco) runs around 1,000 people per square kilometer (which, since a square kilometer is a million square metres is a population density of about 1/1000th person per square metre).

    World average, by the way, over the entire land mass of the globe is 44.69/square kilomtere. But don't think there's nothing to worry about:  remember that ecological footprint.

  3. you are right on your case...seeing world's population increasing minute by minute the problem is too serious that we all should pay attention to it leaving other matters behind...means after it..
