  1. A plane is defined by 3 points.

A line is defined by 2 points.

Therefore, any triangle lies on a specific plane and is part of a plane.  Draw a triangle and that will define part of a specific plane.

A line is made up of all the points between two specific end points.  Make two points on a paper and draw a line between them with a ruler. That will show a specific line

  2. A sheet of paper is a plane, a plane is just an infinite two dimensional expanse.  You can represent it by drawing an axis, or possibly a rectangle.  A line, just take your ruler and trace a straight line along it, and you can put arrows at both ends to show that it continues indefinitely (or in other words continues on forever).

  3. You want to draw a plane and line?  Is it in 3D?  I took Discrete Math, so at least I know what you're talking about.  I would just draw an axis in 3D and create points to make a plane and then just draw any line anywhere.  I put a link of a picture of kind of what I'm talking about.
