the foreman of the '70's would beat spinks in 3 rounds, but the 1994 foreman who beat moorer for the title would have the same problem, being outboxed unless he landed the finisher.

I believe that Big George is too big, strong, and powerful for Spinks in this fight.  George would come right after Spinks throwing hard jabs and and follow up rights.  Spinks would get on his bicycle and try to box George who would corner him on the ropes and pummel him with vicious shots to the body.  By round three George would send the startled Spinks to the canvas severely dazed.  Spinks would struggle to rise and barely beat the count.  The referee would allow it to continue for some reason and George would land a vicious uppercut that sends Spinks to the canvas as the referee waves his hands and stops the fight.  Foreman by technical knockout in 3 rounds.

Remember what Mike Tyson did to Spinks?  Mike is a bit faster than George so it would take George a little longer to do the same thing.

Not much longer because one thing Spinks doesnt have is the foot movement to escape.  He also doesnt have the power to get George's attention or the ability to survive George's attack.
