Whoa, talk about heavy artillery, there is no way this one goes past four rounds. The difference would be Foreman's reach, Big George would have had the ability to possibly keep Earnie out on the end of his jab long enough to land a big right hand. Needless to say if Lyle could put Foreman down, Earnie could put George away, the question is who lands the bomb first. George was a better defensive fighter than most give him credit for, so I give the edge to Foreman.

i would pick foreman by 6th round kayo, with both of then hitting the canvas along the way.

George- at least 7 times out of 10 anyway.

While we always see George as the overpowering slugger he knew what he was doing.

I think he would have the skills to handle shavers, especially being one of the few guys strong enough to tie up and push shavers off balance at will.

-I have to give shavers at least 2 out of 10 fights just because of his power :)

George Foreman by KO. Both can punch, George have the better chin. This will be a slugfest like the George Foreman vs Ron Lyle fight or The Ron Lyle vs Earnie Shavers fight.

This would probably look like the Foreman vs Lyle fight.  George would have won, but he would have brain damage from this fight, because as you said Shavers hits harder.  

I really do not know if George moves faster.
