  1. yes, lewis' jaw does let him down, and it's over in 5 rounds.

  2. Lewis would not last past two rounds.

  3. Forman COULD KO Lewis early if he catches him.  One thing Lewis has ALL Over George is that he is a THINKER.  Sometimes,  all the THinking in the world won't help you when someone is trying to take your head off.

In Lewis, George would be facing, for the first time, someone who can match him in Strength,  tie him up, comes close to him in Power and has a better jab.  Lewis would tread carefully and avoid George's rushes.  He would land enough jabs to enable him to tie George up whenever he attempts to close in.

George didn't usually score his KOs by stopping a mobile target.  Lewis, though not a very mobile fighter, could move enough to stay away from Forman while landing his jab.  IF there is ONE miscalculation, Lewis could find himself staring at the ceiling lights.

I think Lewis' edge in strength allows him to tie George up, making it an ugly but effective fight for him.   Lewis was also a master at sapping a smaller fighter's strength.   Let's face it,  not only is Lewis bigger but he makes better use of is size and strength than George did.

Lewis would land enough short uppercuts  inside  (his specialty)  to sap the strength, and legs from Forman.  Lewis didn't have the greatest defense  (something he would suffer for against a sharp shooter like Larry Holmes) but he would be able to block many of George's looping punches.

Neither man had great stamina.  Lewis just didn't have it naturally and George would have had better if he had learned to pace himself better.  What's worse, not having much stamina or burining what you do have quickly?  I think the latter because one thing Lewis COULD do is pace himself.

Lewis "walks" Forman into the later rounds where George's strength and power become less of a factor.  He scores a knockdown in round 9.  Forman gets up and survives the round.   In the next round Lewis scores another knockdown.   George is up again but in no shape to continue.

    Lewis by TKO in 10

  4. whats up john you know that me and you deffer about lewis. we have talked about it in the past.first off how you been, whats up.now back to business george foreman was a good fighter but in his prime he only fought 4 guys for his title and he lost to the fourth(that being ali).besides being slow he was very sloppy and was not accurate at all.he got tired by the 6th round and he did not liston ever.when he fought ali archie moore begged foreman to slow down and stop swinging wildly, but foreman ignored him.the only reason why he beat frazier was because he was so much bigger than him.lewis was a good champ for one everyone he ever lost to he came back and ko'd.he is alot bigger than foreman and lewis hits hard also.foreman relied on being able to push his opponent around.lewis was bigger and taller there is no way he would push lewis around.foreman was just to sloppy and to slow.lewis wins by 9th round tko

  5. foreman wins in 8. he could take any punch, except against ali, which he only got knocked down because of heat excaustion. plus, he could throw any punch, winning most of his fights by ko

  6. Anytime in the bout, if that overhand by Foreman hits Lewis' chin, it's gonna be serious hospitalization for lewis,

  7. I'm not sure; Lennox in total 100%, David Tua-Safety-first mode? Stiff jab going, a few great rights over the top then clinch and move away? ZERO interest in engaging whatsoever? Plenty big enough to handle George in clinches? I kinda lean in Lennox's direction in this one...

  8. Since Lewis was knocked out by people with much less punch that Foreman I can't see Lewis lasting more than a couple of rounds.

  9. Lennox Lewis, as great as he was, was stiff, slow and had a glass jaw.  If Foreman caught him with even a glancing blow Lewis goes to sleep.  I say Foreman wins by brutal KO inside of 8 rounds.
