Georgia What a bloody cheek. Now they are seeking help from NATO ?

They started this conflict with their ethnic cleansing campaign knowing that they would get support from the US Now they expect NATO troops to help them out of the mess that they only have got themselves into. Now the US are even sending warships off the coast of Georgia with "supplies to the poor people of Georgia.! h**l they are. They are there to antagonize the Russians even more.

Yes Georgia made this mess and any help should only be humanitarian, Russia's response was legitimate.

When Russian Tanks rolled into Georgia (While the olympic opening ceremonies where going on, no less) and there was massive killing and destruction, do you blame the innocent civilians for "antagonizing the russians" as if they deserved to be killed and have their land destroyed? you are pathetic or else you are joking

Yes, Saakashvili who started this mess by obliterating a city of 15,000 So Ossetians and killing 6  Russian peacemakers who had been allowed to be there by mutual treaty, has been sweating blood ( metaphor) this week hoping that the Russians would not rent space from the US at Gitmo and incarcerate him there (water boarding extra).   Germany has offered to sponsor Georgia a 3rd rate power far, far away from the North Atlantic part of NATO, into Nato membership which means that any Nato member has to come to its succor including Turkey and, yes, Poland.  Are the Russians feeling a bit put out about all this double dealing and double standards,  Yep.

The Russians were looking for any excuse to invade Georgia. Putin is little better than a gangster. The Ukraine, The Baltic Republics and Poland are also on his hit list
