Georgia and Russia? Please Answer Quick!!?

My Friend Thinks That Georgia is our georgia in the States but it isnt here so please give me proof its not near our georgia in the US. Also Why are we getting involved? Do we Own it or no why are we getting involved in georgia and russia~!?

Russia is coming back to it's old Soviet Union days.they think they can control anything and anybody.first it's Georgia.next will be Ukraine and the Balkans.they just want to flex their muscles.  Can you believe that in our modern world a country that is supposed to be "civilized" is acting like a nation out of the history books.?? by invading a smaller country with so little military power.sounds like n**i Germany.

Honestly, I can't tell you why we're getting involved, other than the fact that we're diplomatic friends with Georgia.  We've got no business backing a country that invades another territory.  Maybe it's the oil reserves in the region?

As to Georgia being a country or a U.S.A. state, the question has already been answered.

Why are you getting involved? Because your government and CIA  decided so, as they also decided for Iraq, Afghanistan, the Balkans etc.

Don't mess up Georgia - the COUNTRY, located to the south of Russia with Georgia - the STATE, which belongs to USA - they have NOTHING

in common except the same names.

What happened in Georgia - the country - that pro-American government there got into military conflict over small disputed territory, called North Ossetia, which formally belongs to Georgia but has pro-Russian government. Russia entered with it’s military there and smashed Georgian military. USA is involved because it supports pro-American Georgian government. And - just because USA has to get involved everywhere.
