Geothermal heating system

Question

Our house is a 2500sqft dormer house. Does anyone know how much it would cost to install the geothermal heating system and how cost efficient is it? Also, is it really worth the investment?

Depends on where you live too.  In certain locations, geothermal is very cost effective and might be worth retrofitting your home to, but unless you're from somewhere like Iceland or parts of Hawaii, it's probably not worth it if the house is completed.

if you already have an existing home....NO! you can however use an energy recovery vent system but you need to build thermal buffer zones and have a crawl space etc.
