Gerard Way with a tattoo?

I know Gerard hates needles but I have this one picture with what looks like a tattoo on his neck or something and I was just curious as to what it was.

Gee does not have a tat it is just eyeliner that he used to dram a word on his neck he sometimes does it for interviews and shows!

he doesnt have tattoos. he wrote on himself w/ a sharpie. ive seen him w/ "catholic" and "zoid" written on his neck before.

He writes with sharpies on himselves a lot of times before shows.

No tatoos though it would be hott if he did have some tats
