The game against Schalke 04, away from home, was a big test for Hamburg, and Serbian international, Gojko Kacar was forced to play in the central defense. Filling in a make-shift position turned out to be a great one for the Serb and he performed his role
excellently. Apart from being good in the air, Kacar tackled wisely and even went close to scoring a goal.

Borussia Dortmund have been Germany's best defensive side this season, having conceded only 11 goals in 18 games. Much of this great consistency at the back is owed to the presence of Neven Subotic.

The German international was missing in the Wolfsburg side for a few games and his absence was sorely missed. His return for the game against Bayern Munich showed how important he was for the Wolves.
