German Shep/Doberman mix question!?

I just adopted one, It needed A NEW HOME. are these types of dogs hard to train? It is 1.5 years old. It can sit, go to the kennel and shake but is it too late to teach her more tricks?

Shepard's are a very smart breed and it's never too late to teach them new tricks.  I adopted one that was about 8 years old and she learned new things just fine.

its not to late! just give her a treat when you teach her the trick, that way she will associate that movement with food and more likely to remember it

Shepherds and Dobermans are both extremely smart breeds. Your dog should be able to learn lots of new tricks very quickly. Just make sure it doesn't get bored.

If you are patient and try your best to teach him he will learn. I had trained my dog from when she was a puppy and 2 yrs after we had to move and we had to teach her new rules etc, she leanred quickly.
