German University....HELP?

Question

I need to find a University in Germany that has classes taught in English. If you know of any, please let me know. (I'm not interested in any schools that has to do w/ the military)

There is The Schiller International University in Heidelberg  Top notch. The language of instruction is English. All Top American British and Canadian's Officers children go here but has nothing to do with Military

I don't remember the name of it but it is in Stuttgart and the other has already been mentioned but I'm sure there are more.

A lot of universities in Germany have classes in English, but they are unsually restricted to Masters or PhD classes or a certain subject.

You best look for a uni that has English classes in the subject you want to study. Business is usually a good option if you want English-language subjects. Especially lots of FH (Fachhochschulen) offer Bachelors in Business Administration taught in English. The University of Magdeburg does courses in English in the business department, some degrees are taught 100 % in  English, some are mixed 50 % German and 50 % English.

If you already are in Germany, go to Arbeitsamt and ask them for a list of all the universities in Germany. (They have a book called "Berufs- und Studienwahl" which they should give you.)Then go and check the websites of all the Unis and the FHs listed for a 100 % english language course.

It is tough work, but it will be worth it.
