  1. OK, here are my suggestions...

    FOR A BOY:

    1) Liam (This is a variant of "William," which is of Old German origin.  It also contains the following Chinese boy's name within it:

    Li: strength).

    2) Wendell (It is of Old German origin, and its meaning is "wanderer".  However, it also contains the following Chinese boy's name within it:

    Wen: cultured, or ornamental).

    FOR A GIRL:

    1) Antje (This is of Hebrew origin, and its meaning is "grace". It is also  a German variant of Ann.  Moreover, it sounds similar to these Chinese girl's names:

    An: peace

    Jin: golden

    Genji: gold).

    2) Lenna (This is of Old German origin, and its meaning is "lion's strength".  It also sounds somewhat similar to the following Chinese girl's names:

    Lien: a lotus

    Lian: a graceful willow).

You could also come up with first-and-middle-name-combinations like: "Liam Wendell" or "Antje Lenna" or "Antje Lien," etc.

    Hope this helps!

*****EDIT:  I see you've added something new about "Wendell."  In that case, you might try this for a boy's middle name...

--Bogart (This is of Old French and Old German origin, and its meaning is "bow strength; orchard". The name is also used in Old Dutch with the meaning "apple garden".  Moreover, it contains the following Chinese boy's name within it:

    Bo: precious). *****

  2. We had the same problem!

Go with a famous person's (e.g. actor / actress) first name; a person who is revered and liked on three continents. As a middle name take the mother's family name as a polite gesture.

  3. girl: Daisy, Stella

    boy: Daren, Shane

    :)

  4. Hans Lee

  5. Johan van Ming

  6. Hi there!

    Here are a few ideas:

    Girl:

Maylin (Chinese:Beautiful Jade) Annika (German: Gracious, Merciful)

Analise (German: Grace) Bai (Chinese: Pure)

    Boy:

Carsten (German: Christian) Le (Chinese: Powerful)

Tai (Chinese) Mendel (German: Little Man)

Stefan (German: Crown) Park (Cypress Tree)

    Good luck!

  9. If they are both American now, name the baby an American name.

  10. Maybe you could combine a Germanic first name with a Chinese middle name or vice versa such as:

    for a girl:

    Adelina Sun or Adelina Jun

    Erika Sun

    for a boy:

    Carl Li
