What are the dates for start and end of semesters at universities in Germany? Is it standard all over the country?

    April - September (Summer Semester)

    Mid July - Mid Sept (Semester holidays)

    October - March (Winter semester)

    Mid Feb - Mid April (Semester holidays)

    Sept - Feb (Winter semester for Universities of Applied Sciences)

    Yes, it's standard all over the ountry.
