  1. It's legal but not very desirable. For one thing - he may be stolen. For another, dogs are social animals and German Shephers in particular need to see & meet as many different people and situations as possible when they are young - otherwise they are likely to have behavioural problems when they are older.

She's likely to find he destroys the garden when he's not much older & is becoming bored!

  2. well if he was mine i wouldn't leave him outside but if he has proper shelter blanket food and water then the aspca will say he is being cared for if he is of good body weight and happy then there is nothing to worry about as long as he gets love and attention every day

  3. it is legal if that is what you are asking, he is provided with all the necessary needs.

  4. If you want a close relationship with your puppy it may not be the best thing to leave him out there.  Also he may get cold.  Hope this helps.

  5. It's fine, as long as you don't live in the Artic where he'd freeze!

  6. Yes, it's fine. My dogs are outside dogs, so I don't see a problem with it.

  7. They must want an outdoor dog.  Poor puppy needs to beside and loved and part of the family.

  8. i think it is fine but i hope that he takes that puppy out on walks because other wise dogs get aggressive when they are left alone without human and other dog contact

  9. It is allowed, as long as the puppy has food, water, and shelter, then it is no crime.  Many people usually have puppies outside and have them be a sort of guard dog, which kind of defeats the purpose because burglars would know where to dog was and avoid it.

Puppies do get lonely, they love being with people, especially their family, but you can't tell your neighbor what he can or can't do with his puppy on his property.

  10. as long as he has what he needs theres  no problem in that. most dogs are left alone at night.

  11. You are allowed to as long as you are feeding the dog and keeping it healthy. My opion, NO. I would never do that. I believe that dogs should get attention and be played with if you want them to love you and be a good dog.

  12. It may be legal, but it's not very humane. 11-week-old puppies are in the "fear" stage of development, where frightening experiences can lead to life-long emotional and behavioral problems. They're also probably not old enough to be left alone all night without becoming frightened. If you're concerned about the puppy's well-being, maybe you or a family member can gently bring it to your neighbor's attention and ask him or her to introduce you to the puppy so you can see whether it appears unusually shy or aggressive.
