The Real Madrid star has expressed that the two global giants in football understand each other’s potential.
Ozil has expressed that Spain and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Germany-c2904 both have the same respect for each other and has tipped the teams as heavy favourites for Euro 2012.
The 23-year-old was full of praise for the footballing juggernauts and stated that he has observed that the Spanish football team did not underestimate the DFB.
Germany and Spain are widely believed to be among the strongest teams in the world. The two teams met in the final of Euro 2008, which La Roja were able to win, with the final score 1-0.
The attacking midfielder also expressed belief that Die Mannschaft have what it takes to triumph over the European footballing extravaganza, set to take place later in the year.

"We are starting to make jokes about it in training. But they have respect for us just as we have for them. Our goal must be to focus on ourselves and reach our potential. Then we can beat anyone."
