  1. hey kid there is a thing called google maps    take a look you may find your answer

  2. The french don't want to be culturally similar to anyone.

From my personal perspective, I'd have to say there is more similiarity between Germans and English than Germans and France.

When you step across the border from Germany to France, your stepping into a totally different world!

  3. Neither all three have a very distinct culture

There are things all three share and there are things two out of the three have in commun. But that doesn't put Germany closer to France or England!

Germany is Germany  France is France  and England is England

  4. England

It is said that the English are Germans pretending to be French.

  5. England.

And thanks for two additional points...

  7. Except for the region that borders France, Most of Germany is closer to England.  Remember the saxons came from Germany.  The languages are a bit similar than either are to French.  Neither has that snobbish way of the French.  France clings to it's past, which has nothing wrong to it.  England and Germany cherish their pasts, but cherish the modern world too.

  8. Neither.

German has their very own superiority.

But if you had to make a guess, they'd be closer to France.
