Germany manager Joachim Low pleased to have a host of quality players at his disposal

He was more delighted with the fact that his team were able to beat the record World Cup holders after 18 years. The manager also held praise for young Borussia Dortmund sensation, Mario Gotze, who earned his first start for the national side.

The teenager also featured in Dortmund’s opening game against Hamburg where he created the first goal and also scored one himself to round off a perfect start to the new campaign.
