Germany or France for studying abroad?

I am thinking about studying abroad and I was wondering if I should go to Germany or France. I am fluent in french (my father is from Tunisia and I grew up speaking french) and I took German in high school so I can speak some. My father went to the University of Paris and if I went to France that's probably where I would go. I currently am a sophomore at Columbia.

GERMANY!!!!! hehe sorry i might be going there next year! so if you aren't taught in German then you'll still be ok.. most Germans can speak English too.... but they prefer you to try to speak German first..... but with my program I'm forced to speak German the whole time.... yay!
