While talking to the local media, Klose further added, "In the 10 years that I have been involved with the national team, we have played many good games, but when you just look at the players and the talents that we have, then this is the best team I have
ever played in so far. The youngsters are settling in well and we have taken the next step following the World Cup, but we are certainly not at the end of our development yet."
Podolski so far has 91 caps under his belt for Germany to go along with his 43 goals. Klose on the other hand has represented his country on 111 occasions so far, netting 62 goals in return.
