http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Jack-Wilshere-c17463 can go on to become one of the best players in the world. This is considering the way the player has been evolving over the last couple of months,
as he looks to go on and become the best England have to offer.
Gerrard and Wilshere went on to face off in a Premiere League game, where http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429 and Liverpool went on to end the game at a two all draw. Wilshere was rather impressive in that game as well, as he maintained his level of performances and form.
The Liverpool captain feels that despite Wilshere being out for a massive seventeen months, he seems to be on a role and can only get better from here on. He insists that Wilshere has just what it takes to excel at the top of the charts, and that is the
direction that the player is headed in.
"I think [Wilshere's] got the potential to become one of the best in the world," Gerrard told reporters.
"I don't want to add any pressure. That's unfair. But playing against him recently and in training, he's a one-off. He's a lot better than your normal Premier League midfielder. I have a lot of confidence in him."
Gerrard then went on to continue and talk about Wilshere, as he admitted that the one thing that made his stand out over the rest was his age, and the fact that he could play just about anywhere. Wilshere’s versatility and ability to adapt and adjust to
any position that his team wants him to play in, has always been of great help.
"He's got a bit of everything; he can tackle, get up and down the pitch, create a goal, score a goal, can pass.”
"He can tick almost every box, and he's going to get better and better. He's only 21 and a fantastic talent. We're all delighted he's back and happy to play with him.”
"I hope he brings out the best in all of us. He's a top player and I hope he gives the dressing room a lift. We need competition for places if we're going to get to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Brazil-c2858. All over the pitch, there's good competition for places."
