Arsenal’s Gervinho has urged the club to prevent Robin Van Persie from leaving at the end of the season, since he believes the striker is what makes the club tick.
Apart from being Arsenal’s captain, Robin Van Persie has also been the best Gunners player this season. The forward has already managed to score twenty two goals this Premier League season and the forward is bound to score a couple more goals before the
season comes to an end.
Despite almost everyone falling apart around the forward, he has managed to consistently impress when he steps onto the pitch.
Due to his impressive performances, a number of teams are looking to land the player at the end of the season and this cause Gervinho to start worrying.
The Ivory Coast international has gone on to insist that Van Persie gives a whole new dimension to the team and that his presence is what caused other teams to fear the Gunners.
When talking about the striker and just why he should remain at the Emirates, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429  is a team that needs great footballers and leaders on the pitch.”

"And Robin is a player that pushes his team-mates to work more and do more during a match.”

"It is a dream to play with him. He is the captain, the leader of the group, there is no doubt.”

"I could see it from my very first day at the club. I believe when our adversaries see Robin in the team, it is a huge psychological shock."
At the moment, there has been no confirmation from http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Robin-van-Persie-c31380 over what he plans on doing in the future. The striker is yet to commit his future to the club and more than often, when a player waits till the end of the season to extend his stay, he
ends up leaving the team.
Many experts believe that Van Persie should be sold, should an appropriate offer be made for the player. However, they also admit that the way he has been performing this season, it would be smarter to keep him around for as long as the team can.
