I have gestational diabetes and am trying to assess if it's okay for me to eat a small tin of flavoured tuna each day with my salad?the amount i eat has:530kj energy17.5g protein6.2g fat (1.1g of which is saturated)0.1g carbohydrate315mg sodiumi'd be eating it with a plate filled with salad (lettuce cabbage carrot corn low fat cheese alfalfa)do you know if there is a limit on how much fish you should include in diet?do you know if tuna is a food containing omega 3?
