Question

Thank you for trying to help me with my "toner needed" light staying on after I put in a new cartridge, Where do I find the thermistor and fuse you mentioned.

I am more inclined to believe that something needs resetting because it did make copies, altho not very good ones before the add toner light came on.

I did not know how to correctly install the cartridge and I have learned that the plastic plate that came with the toner cartridge was suppose to unlock some clips or something and I just moved the edges of the cartridge holder back and put the cartridge in that way. It may not be in there correctly and may not have contacted something that it needed to contact to reset.

Any suggestions? Amy good sites for after market parts sales that might have this information. Something like "Partsdrop" used to be for the xerox copier.
