copier has stopped working and displays this notification

 

Functional problem sc 320 ...asks me to reset and then asks for service...I turned off and on to reset..did not work

I believe that someone set the copier to quit and display this error...can you help me reset

Big thanks ...my 758 students will be forever grateful if you can help us
