Get 3 fast audio beeps when usb data transfer...

Model CUbig CVR-H130 one end of cable is special connector for the digital recorder and the other end is a USB male connector.I plug the USB into the PC computer and then I plug the other end into the CUbig MP3 USB HArd Drive and I get 3 short beeps. WHen unpluging I get the usual high-low tone disconnect.When the DVR-Explorer software is lauched it says it can't find the USB device.With this problem I am unable to upload voice files to the PC.ANy Ideas?
